We know nicotine as the deciding factor in addiction to smoking cigarettes and vaping, and probably think it's 'bad'.

And you're right, it's bad, but not for the reason you might assuming... Nicotinic receptors in your cells are an actual thing. When activated the natural way, these receptors can emit the cell signals that have positive cognitive benefits.

But that's the thing-- it has to be activated in the natural way, and that's the ticker!
