Episode 36 - AMA: CJC/IPA Dosage, Ehlers Danlos at 26, BPC 157 in Angiogenesis, Heavy Mensuration & Low Iron
Welcome to another SDE AMA Episode!
We are thrilled to be back with Dr. Seeds to answer your health questions that are tough to google.
Here are the questions that we got through:
Hi there. I am in the process of reading Peptide Protocols and have something that is causing me confusion. On several of the GHRPs the dosing looks like this, which seem like a HUGE amount. Can you clarify? Particularly CJC and Ipamorelin
Question : having 51 amino acids would put insulin in the category of a polypeptide instead of a peptide? . Btw , loved your book, super informative.
Hi I’ve been watching your YouTube videos. My nephew has hyper-mobility Ehlers danlos that we didn’t know he had until last year. Age 26. We believe it came on strong after cipro and gadolinium toxicity. For the last year and a half he’s in chronic pain and can barely walk because of Achilles tendinitis. He has gotten no relief. He can is very complex. Has dr seeds seen and have successfully treated these things? Thank you. Desperately seeking answers.
Hi Dr Seeds. I listened to your podcast about back pain and with the athlete with the neck problem, thanks it was very informative and gives me hope in healing my own injuries. Do you recommend any peptides for lumbar disc herniations? I have a problem at l5/S1.
I understand these are more tricky to heal as they are avascular.
Hi I wanted to ask about how BPC 157 works in terms not how it promotes angiogenesis/ the forming of new blood vessels. Is this effect systematic as in blood vessels are created everywhere in the body or just at the site of injury for example?
Here's an interesting question: I've known women in my life who have suffered from heavy menstruations accompanied by chronically low iron, ringing in the ears etc, where iron supplementation does some to little benefit. I'm guessing that some or much of this could be due to a hormonal imbalance. Can peptide therapy ameliorate these issues?
